Designing Cade & Sampling

The company runs an in-house Design, C.A.D., and Sampling department. Also, it has a production and finishing department where bulk manufacturing is done using the latest technology machines.

The working environment of the company is maintained to induce a sense of belongingness in each person, who puts in effort to the perpetual growth of the company and its priorities. There is a strong communication between and within all the people of each department which means there is an effective information lucidity in the company, necessary for achieving optimum performance from all the components of the system.

We have developed a good team comprising his family members and non family members as well. There are many employees who are associated for last 7-8 years.

Few of them have been elevated to mana-Primarily, Mr. Gohil is the key person handling all the important aspect of business. He is into client facing roles, into developing unique Samples and also in identifying newer vendors.
